Giant panda Jin Hu enjoys talking with people

The popular giant panda, Jin Hu, is quite unique in that he really enjoys talking with people, according to a keeper at the Dalian Forest Zoo in northeast China's Liaoning Province.

Zoo keeper Xu Cong says that the seven-year-old giant panda is quite outgoing and besides working out, he loves talking to his keepers, especially when they bring him food.

For example, keeper Xu asked, "Do you think snow is fun?" Then, Jin Hu happily responded with a high-pitched growl. After being asked questions, Jin Hu always makes some sound in response.

There are currently three giant pandas, including Jin Hu, living at the Dalian Forest Zoo. The other two, named Fei Yun and Miao Yin, are both female and are of an age with Jin Hu.

Jin Hu's active lifestyle and talkative personality have made him quite popular outside of the zoo as well where he has a sizable following on the internet.
