Using A Roller Inductor Style Antenna Tuner

There are many antenna tuners out there that use a roller inductor and 2 variable capacitors to form a T-match.  Here is a demonstration video on how to use a roller inductor type tuner to match your antenna to your ham radio transmitter or transceiver.  Keep in mind that a tuner only makes the radio happy so it can transfer full power output into the antenna system, however, that does not always mean your antenna will preform well. It is always best to use the best type of antenna for the frequencies being used to start with, then use a tuner if needed to extend use to nearby frequencies.
