Translator’s Explanation:
Gop (곱) – Gop consists of digestive fluid, moisture, and fat secreted by the small intestine and its harmless to eat.
DaeChang – Also known as large intestines of cow (also can be from pig)
MakChang- It’s cow’s reed tripe (It’s the last part of the intestine closer to the exit :)
Despite being intestines, they are thoroughly cleaned and washed during the preparation phase so do not be alarmed! They are cleaned to the edible level.
Today’s ASMR video will be Whole DaeChang Mukbang! With the whole DaeChang, I also brought MakChang together as well as homemade chive kimchi and green onion (scallion) kimchi! It was amazingly delicious hehe.
I put so much effort into the cooking and ate them with passion that once I got to the editing the footage, I realized that gop was just non existent…?haha
But maybe because of that it was very tasty.
It just a heavenly flavor… tho, it’s a shame that portion was pretty small!
Next time I’ll bring them filled with gop and with plentiful of portions!
