I'll show you here how to build a very stable crystal stabilized 915MHz UHF FM SMD spy bug transmitter.
The basic version is powered from 3V and is a fully functional UHF audio transmitter.
The full circuit includes voice activation and a DC/DC converter that allows the transmitter to be powered from as low as 0.9V.
