Ingredients for saffron water:
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 tsp saffron threads or powder

Ingredients for chicken marinate:
2 lb chicken breast boneless cut in 2-3 inch pieces
1 onion sliced
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
2 tsp black pepper powder
2-3 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp yogurt


Directions:
Make saffron water by mixing 1/2 cup boiling water with 1/3 tsp saffron threads or powder. Let stand for a few mins till it blooms.
Take wooden skewers and soak them overnight in a jug of water.
Take the saffron water and add it in th chicken. Mix it and let it stand for a few minutes.
Then take the remaining ingredients and mix them up in a bowl. Add the chicken and saffron water into this marinate. Leave it covered overnight in the refrigerator.
After 24 hours take come onion and tomato cut in quarters and thread them in the skewers. Take the chicken pieces from the marinate and thread them in the skewer as well. Preheat oven at 450 F and place  these skewers in oven for 20 mins . After that let them broil on low for 5-7 mins.
