Garage Door, Greatest Insulation, Best Ever, How To, Part-3 of 3

In this part, I explain and build the top header seal, paint the door, install the panel seals thus completing the door.   Coming up: Make and install the pull handle, whiteboard, and re-torque the springs.     Don't forget to watch the 1-year review to see how well it works..

I assume that you understand the risk of any project and take all necessary precautions, I also assume you can read so; Remember styrofoam is flammable and while several heavy coats of latex will mitigate the flammability risk to a small degree, an ablative coating would be better, of course almost everything in my pole barn is extremely flammable so always be fire conscious. (The Safety `Not zzz' are now mitigated) 🤨
