NEC VE281X Video Projector Lamp Timer Reset

Finally figured out how to reset the lamp timer in these projectors. NEC claims only a service center with "special software" can reset these. In response to the horrible chat experience I had with "Jared" at NEC, I wanted to share this with the world. All you need is the remote. No special programs or computer gear.  I have a picture of the steps near the end of the video if you want to save them for yourself.  Thanks for watching.  

RESET INSTRUCTIONS (note* The timing is critical, if it doesn't work, try it again and watch the seconds)

Press each key for 3 seconds each time. HELP - ENTER - HELP - ENTER - HELP - ENTER - MENU.

You should now see "Passcode".  The pass-code is UP, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, UP, UP , ENTER (press these normally, not for 3 seconds each).  Then press MENU key and you should see 'Service' displayed.  You can now go down to Timer and reset the lamp (pick the lamp icon).
