All three of the “black” example books in this video used the same color in their design. The variance in the print is a result of the difference between the matte and glossy covers
The two white covers from the books in this video were also designed with the same “white”

The reason I’ve gone with KDP exclusively is it’s an easy service to use and you can get proofs of your book pretty quickly
