Just potatoes, and everyone asks for a recipe! The crunch can be heard from the threshold!
0.9-1 kg (2 lb) potatoes
120 grams (4 oz) of cheese
5 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
90 ml (3 fl oz) milk
125 grams (1/2 cup) flour
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
salt
1. Cut peeled potatoes into quarters.
2. Place in a saucepan, pour over boiling water and cook until tender.
3. Dice the cheese.
4. Drain the potatoes and mash them thoroughly.
5. Add salt and flour.
6. Stirred.
7. Lubricate your hands with oil to keep the dough from sticking.
8. Make a cake, put a piece of cheese in the middle and roll up the ball.
9. Send the balls to freeze for 20 minutes.
10. Mix 2 eggs, milk and flour.
11. Put the breadcrumbs on a plate.
12. Dip each ball first in a batter, then in breadcrumbs.
13. Preheat the vegetable oil and fry the balls in boiling oil until ruddy.
