Korean Spicy Sauce to go with everything

I made this all-purpose sauce long before to shorten the cooking time. This sauce is addictively spicy, garlicky and it’s perfect not only for stir fry the chicken but also pork, beef and fish. You can try this sauce in various way. So be creative!

Ingredients
Sauce
10 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons mirin or rice wine
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup gochugaru(Korean chili flakes)
1/2 cup gochujang(Korean chili paste)
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Spicy Chicken Stir-fry
1 piece chicken breast

Instructions
1. In a bowl, add 10 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of mirin or rice wine. 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 cup of gochugaru(Korean chili flakes) and add 1/2 cup of gochujang, Sit the sauce for at least an hour.
2. Put the sauce in the bottle.

Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry
1. Slice the chicken breast into a half inch thick. Julienne the zucchini, bell pepper and onion.
2. Heat the pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Add sliced chicken into hot pan and cook until the color changes(do not fully cook). Add onion, zucchini, and bell pepper to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Put the sauce and cook for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle the sesame oil and turn off the heat.
3. Transfer to the plate. Serve hot with a bowl of steamed rice.
