एग्ग्लेस वैनिला केक or One bowl eggless vanilla cake is made without using condensed milk, butter or plain milk. This is a very basic recipe that can be used as a base for birthday or anniversary cakes. You can modify certain ingredients and make your own flavoured cake like orange cake or lemon cake; the list is endless
Sorry for not slicing the cake in this video; I have baked this for a special occasion, so will prepare the italian meringue frosting to go with it and then assemble it all next day. The video for which will be up on the channel soon. So stay tuned and thank you for understanding.
