In this episode, you will learn more about the take-away shop in downtown Auckland, New Zealand the offers raw, plant-based treats, packaged products, juices and to-go entrees.
First, you will see inside the pop-up food shop at 14 Customs Street East in Auckland, New Zealand so you know what they are offering as well as their hours. You will learn John's tips so you get to choose from the best selection of foods.
Next, John will order some food to-go and then review each of the items he purchased. The total bill was about $48 in US Dollars.
You will learn more about the following menu items:
Breakfast Tacos, Lox, and Bagel with Side Salad, Veggie Wrap, Double Chocolate Raw Cookie, Raw Snickers Bar and Apple Cobbler.
John will taste test each of the items for you and share with you his subjective opinions on each of the items.
You will discover which menu items you may want to eat if you eat raw foods and why some of the "raw foods" were actually included cooked ingredients.
