In this video, Dr. Zelken walks through the consultation, marking, and execution of a facial contouring procedure that includes buccal fat pad removal (bichectomy), FaceTite RFAL, and liposculpture or liposuction. The combination of these procedures, each conservatively performed, is intended to improve the facial shape of a woman who gained weight for another plastic surgery procedure that would not go away with diet and exercise.
