Hi all
Here are confirmed details of our Ultimate BMW Car Meet taking place in April:
Date: Sunday 10th April 2022
Location: British Motor Museum, Banbury Road Gaydon, Warwick, CV35 0BJ
Time: 10am - 3pm
Advanced tickets: £10 per adult or £7 per child (age 5-16) under 5 years old are free
Ticket price is set by the venue, they are in the process of sorting these out now and will be available in the coming few weeks. However i will be able to confirm once they are live on the museum website.
Ticket price includes entry to the BMW Meet and entry to the museum also.
This will strictly be a static car meet - any antisocial behaviour may lead to security taking you off site and banned from future events, please respect this.
Not just ///M cars. All BMW’s welcome.
Will be on hardstanding ground with some areas of potentially on grass.
Gates for guests will open at 10am
Display vehicles to arrive for 8:30 - 9am in order to get set up. Gates for departure will open around 3pm.
Regarding trade stalls, we have had a few members contact us and we are allowing trade stalls please contact one of the admins with what you are looking to trade and the space required (width in metres)
I will announce when you can buy your tickets, so please keep a look out for this and any other updates👍🏾 i will get back to my messages as soon as possible.
