Our next leadership series is, Customer Centric, presented by Jack Cooper University. In this series, we will explore what meaningful customer service is and how to upgrade your customer's experience to improve relationships. Customer service goes beyond fixing a problem and deeper into discovering how to ensure true customer service is intentional and meaningful.

To kick off the series, week one's topic is, "Who is my customer?". Sometimes it's hard to decipher who your customer actually is. Especially, since working environments have changed so much since the pandemic. Join us, as we take a deeper look into, "Who is my customer?".


After watching the video, we would like you to discuss the following with your team:

Discussion Questions
(1) Who would you define as your customer?  Did this video change your answer to this question?

(2) Have you ever experienced excellent "customer" service internally?  Externally?  How did this impact you?  

(3) Do you agree that attitudes are contagious?  How does internal customer service impact external customer service?

(4) Do you agree you should treat all customers with equal significance, regardless of their rank?  In your current role, what actions can you take to make your customers (internal or external) feel important, regardless of the customers' position within their organization?
