Water Pump Leak on 2007,2008, 2009 ,2010 Ford Edge 3.5 L Fail

This Ford Edge did not have the codes such as P0014/P0016/P0017 or P0019 due to the customer had just gone into a shop for their regular oil and filter service, when the service shop noticed the oil was mixed with coolant "Milk Shake" with a muddy color. They felt it might be a blown head gasket or cracked head and referred them elsewares. We took the steps to perform the needed testing to determine the actual cause, evaluated with the information we had the best course of action and gave the customer some options .
