▼ IMPORTANT ▼ In this video we will solve a system of 3x3 differential equations (three equations), linear, homogeneous, with constant coefficients, by the method of eigenvalues (or eigenvalues, or eigenvalues). For that, we first solve the characteristic equation of the system that is obtained by subtracting lambda in the main diagonal of the coefficient matrix, we calculate the 3x3 determinant that is obtained (by the method of development by cofactors or less), we factor as a binomial cubed , and we obtain an eigenvalue of multiplicity 3 (repeated eigenvalue). Then we calculate 3 linearly independent vectors, of first, second and third level. To finally write the general solution. Everything explained step by step.
