Thirty lead sheets of  holiday classics

Having spent more than 30 years making a living solely as a performing jazz pianist, I spent much of December dashing about from corporate parties to concerts to home singalongs to worship services with a big pile of Christmas sheet music books. Along the way, I scribbled in reasonable (not overly complex or esoteric) jazz chord substitutions, meter, groove and key changes as ideas presented themselves so that, over time, these classic tunes became more and more “my own.” Here then, are my modified lead sheets compiled into one fake book that I hope you will as a springboard to bringing your own twists to holiday gigs, recitals, and lessons.
