In this easy cooking video, I cook a frozen chuck steak with vegetables in my Instant Pot electric pressure cooker. The ingredients I used in my pressure cooker recipe are a frozen beef chuck steak, 1 1/2 cups of water, 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 stalk of celery, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. I also sprinkled in a little bit of Worcestershire Sauce at the end. The cooking time is 15 minutes on the pressure cook setting, but it was in the Instant Pot for a hour, before I released the pressure.
