Hello my amazing friendos!
Happy national chocolate chip cookie day! Today I felt like treating myself, so I made myself a cookie pie filled with peanut butter cups, and vegan nutella, and then I topped it with more vegan nutella and vegan m&ms! I also decided to share the recipe with you guys as well! I really hope you enjoy!

Recipe:
-1 Cup Vegan Butter (Softened)
-1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
-1 Flax Egg
-1-2 Tsp Vanilla
-2 1/2 Cups Flour
-1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
-Pinch of Salt
-1 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Bake at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
(I do 20 minutes because I like mine gooey)
