Tis' the season for politics, nepotism and unfair cuts. Did you or your child get cut and you are angry, disappointed, frustrated or losing hope? Keeks throws out some 'Keeksplaining" one how to move forward after the axe drops.
We also have Josh Diamond help show us all the proper recovery techniques and show you some simple drills to grow this crucial area of your game.
