I will never change this recipe! Easy recipe for phyllo dough sheets
This recipe for dough sheets - filo is the easiest I ever made. We will make our pie sheets at home in few steps, easy and quick. You can use this dough filo sheets for salty pies. strudel or other sweet pies. Make your own dough filo sheets at home, don't buy them anymore...it is very easy and with few ingredients!
INGREDIENTS:
- 350 g plain flour (11,8% proteins)
- 175 g of lukewarm water
- 45 g oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Cornstarch (cornflour)
