Magister ES100 coffee machine with Selezione Essse coffee beans
Using:
- Magister ES100 Espresso Machine (From Italy)
- Selezione Essse coffee beans (From Italy, Certified by NIEI)
Espresso parameters:
- 7 grams ground coffee per shot, using double shot portafilter
- Aiming for 24-26 seconds
- *30 ML (Yes I know, it is at 30 ML for 8 Oz Latte)
*According to the National Institute of Espresso of Italy (NIEI)
- 25 ML , 23-27 second
- 7 grams ground coffee per shot, use double shot portafilter

- This is my first time using this new Magister ES100, I typically do much better.
- On the right of the screen you can see me trying to auto-froth (froth the milk by placing the pitcher on the metal grill). I will upload another video on that
