It's Halloween time!! Finally!! It's so annoying that it only happens once a year. Well, anyway, if you're looking for something spooktacular to whip up for the occasion this year then look no further! This bubbling cauldron cake is going to blow your minds!
You will need to make 4 layers (5") of your favourite cake. Mine is...
250g plain flour
275g caster sugar
45g cocoa powder
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
160ml coffee
160ml buttermilk
160ml vegetable oil
2 large eggs
Quantity of your favourite buttercream
Black sugarpaste
Green jelly/jello
