Easter Egg Nr. 33: Harley's Negative Pregnancy Tests
In Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC, if you visit the Manager's Office in the Steel Mill, you can see a crib with Scarface (The Ventriloquist's dummy) dressed up like The Joker and 16 pregnancy tests scattered all around the crib.
All the pregnancy tests read negative and a new box of the pregnancy test can be found inside the crib with the message "WARNING: Test may result in false positive".
Near Harley's suit used in Arkham Asylum there's still the positive pregnancy test of the original game.
The new negative tests and the message on the box heavily hint that Harley is not actually pregnant, having instead gotten many negative tests after a false positive. This fact could have contribuited to her insanity. The crib with Scarface (which is probably the "baby" she is singing to in the closing credits of the original game) reinforces the idea of disappointment.
