Today i am sharing with you a very easy and amazing recipe of suji or rava Red velvet cup cakes. It is so spongy soft and moist. The cakes comes out very beautiful and the recipes is also very simple which doesn't need electric beater, piping bag or nozzles. The recipe can be made with very few ingredients available at home. ~Ingredients~
(for 9 cup Cakes)
Measuring cup used- 200ml
For Batter
Suji or Rava or Samolina- 1 cup or 180g approx
Milk- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder- 1 tsp
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Red gel food colour- 5-6 drops
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
For Whipped Cream
Non Dairy whipping cream- 1 cup
Blue gel food colour- 2 drops
Heart sprinkles
