Series 3 Jaguar E-Type V12

Jaguar always wanted the E-Type to be a Grand Tourer but with inherent D-Type race car dynamics that was always going to be difficult to pull off, something both the Series 1 and arguably Series 2 cars proved over and over again. When it came to the Series 3 car things were about to change, because in taking the fight straight to Ferrari and Lamborghini the roll out car from Coventry came with a mighty 5.3litre V12.
