Nigeria Oil Pollution

The multinational petroleum company Shell has failed to clean up communities devastated by oil spills in Nigeria’s Niger Delta, according to a report from Amnesty International. VOA’s Henry Ridgwell reports from London that Shell blames the continued pollution on oil theft and illegal refining.
