Carne guisada (beef stew) is a regular go to dish in Hispanic cooking; each culture having a unique touch to the recipe. In this video I am going to show you the most delicious mexican style beef stew made with delicious tomatillos, and chile de árbol as stand out ingredients. Carne Guisada Ingredients
3 lbs chuck eye steak
1.5 lbs tomatillos
1/2 lb tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, large
1/4 white onion, large
10 dry chiles de arbol
1 lb frying cheese, block
To taste Salt (I used 2 tsp kosher salt)
To taste black pepper
Oil to cook
8 cups water or enough to cook the ingredients for the salsa
