Recipe:-
🧀Heat 2 liter raw full-fat milk in a pan over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until it’s warm to the touch (around 44-46°C).
🧀Turn off the heat and pour white vinegar in batches (total 8tbsp vinegar), gently stirring until the curds separate from the whey.
🧀Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
🧀Gently collect the curds and transfer them to a strainer, squeezing out as much liquid as possible.
🧀Transfer the curds to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Squeeze out any extra water, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Knead and stretch the curds until smooth and elastic. (For no microwave recipe check out my YouTube channel, link in bio)
🧀Sprinkle with 1tbsp salt and give it one final knead.
🧀Shape into a ball and drop it into ice water for 2 minutes. This helps to set the cheese completely.
🧀Squeeze and wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Store in refrigerator up-to a week. Enjoy!
