. It is more interesting to go there on a day when the fountains are activated
In high season: -Saturday / Sunday GRANDE EAUX MUSICALES
- Saturday evening: GRANDES EAUX NOCTURNE
-Tuesday / Friday MUSICAL GARDENS
- Wednesday / Thursday NADA (free)

. Bring food and drinks
. The most beautiful light on the castle is at sunset at the golden hour. Highly recommended for those who like to take pictures.
. Visit the gardens by making a triangle: start with the orangery to the Apollo basin then end with the dragon basin to go directly to the Grand Trianon. There is also a small train which costs 8 euros.
. The Grand Trianon only opens at noon and closes at 6.30 p.m.
To visit Marie Antoinette's gardens you have to enter through the Grand Trianon.
. Save battery for your GPS to find your way in the huge domain of Marie-Antoinette.
. The exit is near the Petit Trianon
