Uttar Pradesh government has yet again risen with another potential plans of their, this time they claim an expressway that is being constructed between Agra and lucknow, to be the most fastest in India. To add authenticity to this, they have also released a video, wherein a glass tumbler is kept in the front seat and it is shown to be excellently balanced the entire way.
