Robotic Pool Cleaners come with everything needed to get started and can be set up in less than 3 minutes. It requires an additional booster pump to run the unit. Coming from the robotic pool cleaner world, pressure-side cleaners disappointed me while not including everything needed to get started. It required a seperate booster pump that was not included with the unit. The PB4-60 is what Polaris recommends and what I purchased (link below). This was a major shock, as the total setup cost just as much as a robotic pool cleaner. The Polaris Vac-Sweep 360 is a robotic pool cleaner marketed as an efficient way to keep your pool sparkling clean. Unfortunately, this cleaner doesn't live up to the hype. In our tests, the Vac-Sweep 360 lacked the power to effectively clean pools of any size. It struggled to remove even the smallest dirt and debris, leaving the pool looking only marginally better than before. The Vac-Sweep 360 also experienced issues with its navigation system. Rather than operating in a systematic, efficient manner, the cleaner often meandered around the pool, failing to cover the entire surface. This means that you will have to take additional steps to make sure that your pool is thoroughly cleaned. In conclusion, the Polaris Vac-Sweep 360 is not the best choice for pool owners looking for a reliable robotic cleaner. Its lack of power and poor navigation system make it a subpar choice when compared to other available products. We suggest looking for a cleaner with more power and better navigation capabilities. On top of this, the pool coverage was highly disappointing. It does not include any technology at all. It randomly wanders around the pool. This creates inefficiency and burns a ton of electricity. A Robotic Pool Cleaner are up to 90% more efficient, which can add up to thousands of dollars in savings a year.
