How to Embed Closed Captions in Premiere Pro | Problems & Solutions

In this video I show you how to embed closed captions in your video in Adobe Premiere Pro.
This is not about creating open captions or creating a side car file to upload with your video, but actually embedding closed captions in your export video that can be turned on or off during playback.
