I strongly believe the raven has some sort of control or is using Rachel in someone to make sure she meets Chloe so that the events of Life Is Strange will happen. We know that there are magical beings and powers within Arcadia Bay, but I really think the raven is trying to cleanse Arcadia because of all the terrible things that go on in this town. Whenever the next episode comes out I will do more theories and analysis videos to look further into this.
