Igniter assy how to check working or not

Dear vister first of all for watching this video, This video is about auto electration, and the the subject upon which I am discussing that is Igniter Assy which use in petrol vehicle for providing current to plug coil and if this Igniter assy bad vehicle do not start.

Many of vehicle those coil is bad burn this assy and if a electration know how to check this Igniter assy before buy new one can confirm this is working or not.
