French Dessert: Crepes Suzette Recipe: Crepes: Mix together 1 cup of AP flour, 1 cup of whole milk, 2 eggs, pinch of sugar & salt and 3 tbsp of brown butter. Check out this video on how to make crepes:    • How to Make Crêpes   For the Suzette Sauce: Pour around 1/4 cup of sugar in a pan and make a caramel. Then add 2 knobs of butter and mix. Add orange zest and orange juice. Add crepes to the pan and make sure to coat both sides with the orange sauce. Add cognac and flambee. Finish by adding orange segments and serve.
