At first you need original version of Heroes 3: https://af.gog.com/en/game/heroes_of_...
(GOG version is better than Steam's, because it let's you use Horn of The Abyss Expansion and HD mod as well (instead of VCMI - they don't work together)
and
VCMI Engine: https://vcmi.eu/
Then you can download A LOT of Towns for VCMI here: http://heroes3wog.net/heroes-3-vcmi-t...
