JPS Tanakh Presentation Edition

One of the more monumental tasks in Hebrew Scholarship is the JPS TaNaKh. It is among the only works that uses the Masoretic text exclusively in the English Language. The Masoretic is considered the most trustworthy Hebrew manuscript in existence, and recent archeological discoveries only further reinforce this idea. While I am thankful for critical apparatuses like the Dead Sea Scrolls, and the Septuagint, it is the Hebrew people that went through the rigorous effort of copy the Hebrew Scriptures for centuries. Without them, we would not have a  completed reliable manuscript in the original language.

Here is a quick look at the Presentation Edition in black leatherette. It is compact and handsized, so there are going to be some compromises. Font size is going to be an example. It is nice however; that they gave us some nice margin space. If you need a larger font, there are several editions available to meet your needs. Here is a link to the one featured and it also gives you several other options. JPS and Nebraska Press deserve a lot of credit for this work!
