A man unclothed is laying in the streets of Metro City. Three thugs approach and taunt the unnamed man. the unnamed man then defeat them with ease. One of the thugs wanted to know who this powerful being was. The unnamed man does not care for his name but only for his hunger for power. The unnamed man's travels lead him to the Ruined Lab. He felt drawn to it but he was interrupted by Juri. Juri realizes that the unnamed man was M. Bison, who was supposed to be deceased after Operation C.H.A.I.N.S. Juri and Bison fight but Bison won and spares Juri. Bison accepts his name.
