▶ Ingredients:
3 cups (450g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp (7g) instant yeast
2 tsp (10g) salt
1+1/2 cup (375ml) lukewarm water
butter, garlic cloves, parsley to garnish (optional)

▶ Method:
In a large bowl combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt.
Add water and mix everything together until all the flour is incorporated.
Cover with cling wrap and rest the dough in a warm place for 2-3 hours or until the dough has at least doubled in size.
Preheat the stove to 450F (230C) with a Dutch oven pot inside, with the lid on, so it warms up.
Dust a clean surface with flour and place the dough onto it.
Sprinkle the loaf with flour and fold the dough. Then, mold the dough into a ball.
Transfer the dough on to a parchment paper.
Remove the Dutch oven from stove and carefully place the loaf into the pot.
Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes at 450F (230C).
Remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes at 450F (230C) until golden on top.
Let the bread cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

▶ Tips:
Measure the flour with a scale and avoid adding too much flour because it will make the bread dense.
This dough needs to be wet and sloppy but not runny.
