Chicken Kabsa is one of the most popular and delicious dishes in Arabic cuisine.  It consists of grilled chicken pieces that are dipped in a delicious sauce full of flavours.  Here is how to prepare chicken kabsa:

the components:

- 1 kg of chicken pieces

- 2 medium sized onions, cut into thin slices

- 4 cloves of crushed garlic

- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Vegetable oil for frying

How to prepare:

1. Clean the chicken pieces well and dry them with kitchen paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion and garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt and pepper.

3. Dip the chicken pieces into the prepared sauce and let it evaporate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse.

4. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

5. Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and red on all sides.

6. Transfer the chicken pieces to a plate lined with kitchen paper to get rid of excess oil.

7. Serve hot chicken kabsa on your favorite serving dish, and you can serve it alongside steamed rice or salads.
