How to Use the Roku Streaming Stick without the Remote

The name and password of the wifi network that the Roku stick was last connected to. 2. A hot spot 3. A second device capable of running the Roku remote app. Steps: 1.Connect and run the Roku streaming stick on your TV or monitor. 2. Download the Roku remote app on your second device. 3. Configure your hotspot to the exact name and password of the wifi network that your Roku was previously connected to. 4. Turn on your hotspot and wait for the Roku to connect. 5. Connect your second device to the hotspot network, open the Roku app, then find and connect to your Roku stick. 6. You can now use the Roku app to navigate through the menu and change network settings. 7. Once the Roku stick is logged on to the new network, you will need to connect the controlling device to the new network as well, then re-pair the stick to the device in the Roku app. 8. Turn off you hotspot. 9. Enjoy your Roku stick
