Exported Frame is Distorted in Premiere Pro

In less than 40 seconds learn how to export a frame in Premiere Pro and make sure the image is not distorted!

After recording a video in a portrait mode using iPhone and then importing to Premiere Pro for editing, I tried to export a frame as an image by using export frame option. After opening the image, I realized its stretched out / squashed / distorted. Luckily, there is another way to export frame in Premiere Pro that will keep the aspect ratio 1:1.

You'd need to use, export media option and change the format to jpeg. Plus, change a few other settings. Important - If you won't uncheck "Export as Sequence", then Pr will export all the frames of the sequence and not just the current frame.
