CURD EASTER! Simple and very tasty! RECIPE WITHOUT BAKE

Ingredients:
cottage cheese 500 gr.
powdered sugar 150 gr.
butter 100 gr.
sour cream 100 gr.
vanillin 2 gr.
pistachios 70 gr.

Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanillin, sour cream and butter, beat with a submersible blender until smooth,
2. Add pistachios and mix thoroughly,
3. Place the mixture in a bowl (previously lined with gauze or other fabric that allows liquid to pass through)
4. Place the load and put it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight).
5. Decorate with pistachios.
