How to apply pigment powder to gel polish

Nail art pigments are cheap, fun and easy to use! There are easily 101 ways to use them but today were going basic. Use the sticky layer of your cured gel polish to apply the colored powders. For extra longevity, use a base coat over the powders before the final topcoat!
