Ingredients for 1 15cm deco mold
3 egg yolks (60g)
3 egg whites (110-120g)
35g flour (Dolce (Ebetsu flour))
5g black tea powder
60g granulated sugar
A) Milk - 40g
A) Rice oil (or salad oil) - 40g
A) Rum 45 degrees (brandy is used in the video) 4g
Preparation
Separate the egg whites and yolks in a bowl.
Combine flour and black tea powder and sift with flour.
Mix A with hot water and emulsify thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 150℃. Prepare hot water for boiling.

Qianba's square cookies and cocoa jam cookies
Ingredients
Delicious die-cut cookies] recipe
80 g butter (no salt used)
50 g granulated sugar
30 g egg yolks
150g dulce or super violet flour
✳︎Take the ingredients out of the refrigerator 1 hour before and let them come to room temperature.
*Let the ingredients settle in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
*Cut out the molds in 6mm thickness and bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes.
Caution! I forgot to add the "egg yolk" in the video!
Please add the egg yolk after the butter has been blanched with sugar until it becomes white. ！！！！！！
［Cocoa jam cookies]
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then add half of the dough
3 teaspoons cocoa powder
［Strawberry jam]
Frozen strawberries, as desired
Half the amount of sugar as the strawberries
Red and green jelly
130ml mineral water of your choice
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon (5g) gelatin
(20 ml water for waterproofing)
