Savor The High Elevation Flavor - In this episode of my Continental Divide Trail Thru Hike Documentary, I hike from Grand Lake to Steamboat Springs. It's an 85 mile hike over 3.5 days. The CDT passes through Rocky Mountain National Park, Never Summer Wilderness, Routt & Arapaho national forests. I encountered several Moose near RMNP. The trail climbs up Parkview Mountain, the last 12,000ft peak along the official CDT. The Rabbit Ears Range exceeded my expectations, and overall I enjoyed this section. Wyoming is drawing closer now, and by the time I reached Steamboat Springs, I could feel it. Only 65 miles left to the Wyoming border now!
