hey foodies,
sharing with you peppy paneer pizza recipe.
domino's peppy paneer pizza is one of my favorite pizzas....in this video, I have made an attempt to recreate domino's peppy paneer pizza...
The pizza base is made like a regular one, the only difference is, i have used milk while preparing dough for the base. milk makes the base bread extra cottony soft...in place of milk, u can even use water while preparing the dough.
For the toppings, I have used capsicum soaked in vinegar water, marinated paneer, bottled jalapeno & red paprika...
here I have used pizza sauce from veeba brand(believe me it gives the best taste).... and normally I use mozzarella cheese from Amul or milky mist brand as it gives the best taste & texture...
Here I am using a convection oven for baking, this type of oven has a coil only at the top, so only the top surface will be baked, the bottom won't be cooked....In this video, I have pan-fried the bottom surface and then it baked in the oven @ 200 degrees Celcius, so I will have both my bottom and top surface cooked... if u are using OTG, then directly u can start baking, can skip the pan-frying procedure...
this pizza turned out delicious,,, i won't say it had the exact same taste as domino's, but it was different and tasty and mind-blowing....
