MONDO SANGUE

MONDO SANGUE (Italian: „World of Blood“) is a music project from Stuttgart, which is dedicated to the soundtracks of fictional films. The composer CHRISTIAN BLUTHARDT and the singer YVY POP met in the video library Filmgalerie 451. Since 2015, the two have released film music based on B-Movies from Italian cinema of the 1960s and 1970s. In 2016 MONDO SANGUE released the first soundtrack for the (fictional) cannibal film "L’Isola dei Dannati" ("The Island of the Damned") as a limited hand-numbered vinyl edition. "No Place for a Man" ("Il Villaggio delle Donne - The Village of Women") followed in 2018 as a homage to the Italian spaghetti westerns. In 2020 the third studio album "VEGA-5" ("Avventure nel Cosmo") was released - a space adventure based on the science fiction series (again with duet partner DIRK FELSENHEIMER, aka BELA B, from the band DIE ÄRZTE as space cowboy). On the Giallo album "Rosso come la Notte“ („Red Like the Night“), which was released again by All Score Media on November 26, 2021, the author and musician ERIC PFEIL is represented as a duet partner in addition to BELA B, who is an old friend of THE SPIRIT.
